Pinioane - Roti dintate cu butuc pentru lanturi de transmisie
Pentru aplicatiile din transmisie, un rol foarte important il au si pinioanele(rotile dintate).Alegerea corecta a pinioanelor (rotilor dintate) este foarte importanta deoarece pinioanele(rotile dintate) sunt in directa legatura cu lantul gall(cu role) necesar aplicatiilor cu transmisie de putere.Pinioanele(rotile dintate) au geometria danturii definita in plan frontal si axial.Profilul frontal al pinionului(rotii dintate) este definit de pasul p care este egal cu pasul lantului gall(cu role).Pasul unghiular al pinioanelor(rotii dintate) este determinat de numarul de dinti ai pinioanelor(rotilor dinate).Pinioanele(rotile dintate) sunt fabricate din acelasi otel ca si lantul gall(cu role).
